Street fairs are fairly common in New York City and even more common in lower east side. Today, there was a big street fair on Orchard street, between Houston and Delancy which is usually where the street fair occurs on a Sunday (when traffic isn’t allowed on this section of orchard street). It’s always good to see street fairs in lower east side, mainly because the neighborhood completely transforms itself at night with the crazy nightlife.
